Military.com’s DefenseTech blog is back online after a challenging transition period that involved redesigning the website and moving it to a new server.

The process took longer than anticipated and resulted in unexpected publishing challenges.

We have worked hard over the years to build a large and loyal group of readers here at DefenseTech and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We thank you for your patience during this transition.

We will now renew our efforts to bring you news, commentary and interesting tidbits about defense technology, drones, robotics, research and development projects, new products and emerging trends in the global defense and aerospace industry.

Please continue to be patient with us as we work out any kinks in the new system, but feel free to comment or contact us directly if you spot any issues or have any recommendations about the user experience.

Is there a plan to eventually use the same comment system across DoDBuzz, DefenseTech & the News section? Or is the intent to use the current goat rope of three separate systems?

I was so discouraged that I removed my bookmark.
Then I checked a few days ago and was so excited.
