Any other waste-of-time photo-ops masquerading as military operations that we should know about? That bread sure does beat finding some shoulder-fired surface-to-air missles. Please link to that asshat's next piece (seriously). I want see if the topic comes up again.

RE: Power plants at risk, physically, yes, the gear is subject to physical tampering, any fool with a nice chunk of pipe or a length of steel cable or chain can cause a bit of damage. Internally, depends on who's power protection gear is inside of it. Pretty much everything that is said in the story is detailed in a book published in the late 70's called "Technologic Terrorism"... no new news here people.
